The world-famous and holy Mt. Kailash & Manas Lake have been the source of inspiration for many religions and beliefs. Despite many difficulties and long distances, people are keen to go there at least once in their lives.

For Hindus, the Himalayas are central to their cosmology. On one of the peaks, Mount Kailash, sits Shiva in a state of perpetual meditation, generating the spiritual force that sustains the cosmos. Mt Kailash has a vibration of the supreme order from the spiritual point of view. Rigveda has mentioned Mt. Kailash as most sacred peak formed 30 million years ago.
